Plans for the evening are as follows: Bust out some push-ups, pull-ups and crunches while I watch the Simpsons, then polish off the remainder of my Chinese food and digest it a bit before going to sleep. In the interim, I plan to mess with this webpage and maybe clean my room and do laundry. Aside from that, I am mad tired and don’t feel like doing anything.
More lousy weather and long hours at work keep me from going to the gym yet again. This is bad. The combination of countless free cookies and the absence of sunlight are causing me to inflate hardcore. Well that was an exaggeration. Still, I am finding it harder and harder to get my ass to the weight room on a consistent basis and ever harder still to resist the seemingly endless fields of junk food forever laid out in front of me. Gluttony is definitely my defining sin. But I am still under 200 lbs and plan to stay that way, until I can benchpress 350 at least, then its ok.
I’m such an ass, why haven’t I finished reading Lord of the Rings yet? I’m still on the first chapter and shit. Argh, no time.
