Feels like the Irish

Feels like the Irish

In strange cities I can never tell what to eat. Restaurants can be hit or miss, despite reviews on Yelp, or whatever, but I find a useful trick to is to find something kitschy and Irish — any sort of pub that caters mainly to white guys in suits. The food is usually fresh and the joint is usually clean. Because anyone who works in the Financial District (of whatever city) doesn't put up with half-cocked pastiche in their Irish-style beer consumption.

In other words, Pubs are a pretty safe bet when traveling.
